The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for exploring NYC - just a short walk from Times Square and Central Park, yet quiet at night. The room was small, but clean with a great view. The staff were friendly and helpful. Some cleanliness issues and slow elevators, but overall a great stay.

LOVED the fantastic city view from the room. Would stay again, but breakfast was limited compared to photos.

Courtyard provided a clean, cozy room with a great city view from the 17th floor. the "Nosh bar" on the 4th floor was enjoyable after a day of walking.

The hotel was reasonably clean and fabulous, had supper friendly staff and brand-new rooms. The restaurant was good with fast service and for every budget.

we stayed at Courtyard, a lovely hotel with accommodating staff. The location is fantastic, surrounded by cafes and bars but away from hectic areas. Walking distance to landmarks and a safe neighborhood. Convenient breakfast lounge and good value for the experience.

If there's one thing to improve, it would be the parking situation. Valet parking can be expensive and added to the bill unexpectedly.

My initial room was not up to par, with visible signs of poor maintenance and cleanliness issues, such as leaky curtains and an uncleaned bathtub.

The staff at the hotel was exceptional, from the friendly and helpful front desk personnel to the efficient luggage handlers. the recommendations given by the staff for food and transportation were spot on, making our stay even more enjoyable. Although there were minor inconveniences with the room cleanliness and a few maintenance issues, the outstanding service more than made up for it.

Omg, the view from my room was mind-blowing! just breathtaking 😍 close to subways, yay! but breakfast 🥐, meh. And ac was broken 🥶. But the staff was so sweet and helpful! would i go back? definitely!

The unparalleled views of Central Park and the Hudson River from the select rooms were absolutely breathtaking. It felt like being in a scene from a movie, with the city sprawled out below like a glittering carpet. The view made waking up in the morning an event in itself!

I chose this hotel for attending a conclave because it provides facilities like complimentary Wi-Fi, plush bedding, and ergonomic workstations to meet all of your travel needs. The eight venues offer sleek settings for business meetings and social soirees. The 24-hour reception, meeting rooms, and secure parking were convenient for my work trip.

The one service that I missed for my work was the unavailability of a well-stocked business center to print out some urgent documents.

We went kayaking in the surrounding waters and it was epic! The modern and comfortable room with a super cool bathroom made our stay even more awesome. Plus, the accessible location was super clutch for getting to all the hot spots.

The only thing that would have made our stay even better would be if the hotel had a rooftop bar for us to hang out and enjoy the New York skyline after a day of adventures.

Fire alarm disruption at 4am.

The hotel is at an incredible location in the middle of the theater district. It's a short walk to Times Square and the subway station. Plus, Central Park is within five minutes' stroll. The room was spotless and had everything needed. The staff was cordial and caring. Breakfast offered a wide range of foods to pick from. the view of the city from the hotel was stunning with lights into the night.

The elevator line occasionally got a little busy, causing some inconvenience.
